Sean Gassen

Title: Regulatory Consultant and chemical engineer

How long have you been working at EcoEngineers? Over a year

What do you do? I work primarily with the biogas line of business, but I also do CA-GREET modeling for the life-cycle analysis team.

Where are you from? I was born in Ottumwa, Iowa, but I grew up in Indianapolis.

What is your favorite part about your job? I enjoy the challenge each new project brings. Each project is different, and I enjoy meeting the goals of each opportunity and helping our clients meet their own goals.

What does a Clean Energy Economy mean to you? I believe a Clean Energy Economy is using renewable energy (wind, solar, RNG, etc.) to power our world with net zero carbon emissions.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I like to participate in triathlons, ride bikes, run, and solve puzzles.
