Join is at the C-CHANGE Conference from Iowa State University
EcoEngineers is thrilled to be sponsoring the C-CHANGE Conference on Agriculture, Technology and Innovation in conjunction with Iowa State University. The free conference, held virtually on October 19 from 12-4 p.m. CT, will focus on expanding the value chain for renewable natural gas (RNG) from mixed agricultural feedstocks.
Along with our sponsorship, Senior Engineer Brad Pleima, P.E., will be presenting on the various RNG distribution markets and their values. Be sure to watch his presentation and connect with him and our other attendees during the breakout sessions.
From the conference: “The RNG component of biogas is the best-incentivized, fastest growing product in today’s bioeconomy. A value chain based on RNG, if done right, could foster new economic development in rural America while also alleviating concerns for energy security, greenhouse-gas emissions, soil health, climate resilience, water quality, flooding, and wildlife habitat in the Midwestern U.S. and beyond.
“This conference focuses on expanding the value chain for RNG by bringing together experts from agriculture, energy, government, science, and society to share knowledge and embark on an ambitious plan to remove barriers impeding the growth of this value chain.
“You’ll learn about agricultural feedstocks, anaerobic digestion processes, coproduct valorization, distribution and markets, financing, policy, and societal value.”
