Direct Supervisor: Compliance Auditor Team Lead
Job Position Summary
The Compliance Specialist is a dynamic individual who will assist the EcoEngineers team with auditing renewable fuel producers in our USEPA‐certified Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) verification program. The Compliance Specialist is an entry level position for someone with some auditing and/or compliance experience; this job would be a stepping stone in a career in compliance verification and auditing.
Compliance Specialist Core Abilities:
- Technical writing and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Detail‐oriented, experience with quantitative analysis skills
- Proficiency with computer technology including Outlook, keyboard proficiency, spreadsheet, and word processing programs
- Critical thinking skills and project and time management skills
- Dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute to the team
Compliance Specialist Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience, with a background in compliance/regulation, auditing, or environmental science
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
